Thanks for considering joining Interactive-OR as a PhD student for Fall 2026!
Following a similar process to Amazon but on a smaller scale, candidates who submit their applications below will be invited to write a take-home exam consisting of 2-3 questions to be completed in one day. In the second stage, candidates will be invited for 1 to 2 rounds of interviews.
Deadline for submitting applications: November 30, 2025.
There may be a round 2 as well, but it's not 100% certain.
Who can apply?
MSc and BSc degree holders pursuing a PhD.
Preferably background in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or related disciplines.
GPA is important, but it's not a non-starter if you're excelling in other areas.
Some knowledge of Operations Research and Machine Learning is necessary.
Some knowledge of web development (front and back) will be helpful.

CV to be uploaded.
Transcripts to be uploaded (optional- please write your GPA in CV if not submitting)
Make sure any sample publications or sample works are highlighted in the CV and possibly accessible through links. Sample writings can be attached as well (3 files max- all PDF).
